Terms and Conditions

  1. Event Duration: The event starts at 00:00 on March 1st and ends at 24:00 on March 31st.
  2. Eligibility: Points are awarded for purchases of all range during the promotional period.
  3. Points Accumulation: Points can be accumulated throughout the event period.
  4. Redemption Period: All points must be redeemed by the end of the event period. Points not redeemed by 24:00 on March 31st will be forfeited.
  5. Limited Availability of Rewards: The quantity of rewards available for redemption is limited. Once the rewards are fully redeemed, no further redemptions will be possible.
  6. Account Activation: Customers must contact OTW store salesperson to activate their online account in order to participate in the points redemption process.
  7. Non-Transferable Points: Points earned during the event are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Rewards Policy: Points redeemed for rewards cannot be returned or refunded, and do not come with a warranty. Once redeemed, OTW is not responsible for the rewards.
  9. Returns and Points Adjustment: If products purchased with points need to be returned and refunded, the corresponding points and rewards must be returned as well.
  10. Changes and Termination: OTW reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  11. Final Interpretation: OTW retains the final right of interpretation for this promotional event.
