Upon accepting this agreement, you agree to comply with all regulations, including OTW's right to revise the terms and conditions without any prior notice to you. Furthermore, your usage of any present or future OTW Technology service, as well as your visit or purchase from any business associated with OTW Technology, regardless of whether it is included on the OTW Technology website, will subject you to the relevant guidelines and conditions of such service or business.

Orders:
The Seller reserves the right to cancel, accept, or reject any order, in whole or in part, at any time, in its sole discretion. . Any changes requested by the customer to any aspect of an Order must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in a price and/or delivery adjustment as determined by us. The customer agrees that it cannot cancel any Order for Special-Order Products. If you cancel an Order for Special-Order Products and OTW Technology agrees to such cancellation, you shall pay or reimburse the purchase price of the Special-Order Products plus any associated cancellation fees. OTW Technology may, at its discretion, require a non-refundable deposit for any Special-Order Product ordered by the customer.

Our self-quotation system is only a temporary reference for customers, and the final quotation requires confirmation from the company to take effect. At the same time, all quotations are time-sensitive, and once they expire, the quotation will be invalid. OTW Technology reserve the right to adjust or update the quotation without prior notice in the event of changes in tariffs, taxes, freight or import costs, supplier pricing, or exchange rates. Customers may place an order after receiving the correct quotation. All quotations are non-binding until the customer places an order and receives our confirmation.
Your Account:
When filling out relevant forms on this website, it is necessary for you to provide precise and comprehensive information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, password, and computer. It is important that you do not disclose your account, password, or payment information to any third party.
If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Returns:
Our goal is to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. In the event that you receive a product with a defect, please contact us or your account manager as soon as possible to initiate the returns process and resolve the issue.
Please note that we will not accept returns without prior approval from OTW Technology. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to complete and return.
To be eligible for a credit, the goods must be in "as new" saleable condition and include all manuals, components, and undamaged original packaging. If applicable, any software seals must not be broken. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a rejected return.
OTW Technology reserves the right to decide whether to accept returns due to customer error. If the return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for any possible shipping costs or taxes.
Goods that have been custom-made, modified, or purchased specifically for the customer cannot be returned unless the error is due to OTW Technology. Please see our Return and Warranty Policy for further details.
Consumer Guarantee
All products sold in Australia are protected by the Australian Consumer Law and come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards but does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Please note that in some circumstances, you may not be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include instances where the item has been damaged through misuse, accident, or abnormal use. In these cases, OTW may not be able to provide a refund, exchange, or repair. An original proof of purchase will be required before a remedy can be provided under the Australian Consumer Law. EOFY Sales Event Terms and Conditions
- Event Duration: The event starts at 00:00 on June 1st and ends at 24:00 on June 30th.
- Eligibility: Points are awarded for purchases of specific Hikvision and HiLook products during the promotional period.
- Points Accumulation: Points can be accumulated throughout the event period.
- Redemption Period: All points must be redeemed by the end of the event period. Points not redeemed by 24:00 on June 30th will be forfeited.
- Limited Availability of Rewards: The quantity of rewards available for redemption is limited. Once the rewards are fully redeemed, no further redemptions will be possible.
- Account Activation: Customers must contact OTW store salesperson to activate their online account in order to participate in the points redemption process.
- Non-Transferable Points: Points earned during the event are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards Policy: Points redeemed for rewards cannot be returned or refunded, and do not come with a warranty. Once redeemed, OTW is not responsible for the rewards.
- Returns and Points Adjustment: If products purchased with points need to be returned and refunded, the corresponding points and rewards must be returned as well.
- Changes and Termination: OTW reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Final Interpretation: OTW retains the final right of interpretation for this promotional event.
