Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
- Black Friday Promotions: 24–28 November 2025 (AEDT).
- TP-Link Open Day: 28 November 2025 only (AEDT).
- The promotion is valid only during the stated period.
2. Eligibility
- The promotions apply to purchases made in-store or online during the promotion period.
- Some offers may not be applicable to reseller pricing, special pricing, bulk orders, or commercial customers.
- Staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in prize activities.
3. Black Friday Promotion — Coles Gift Card Offer
- Customers who spend $500 or more on eligible networking and CCTV products in a single order will receive a Coles Gift Card valued up to $50.
- Gift card value is determined by the eligible products purchased, capped at a maximum of $50 per order.
- The offer is not cumulative and cannot be split across multiple orders.
- Gift card quantity is limited and available while stocks last.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the gift card must be returned unused, or the equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund.
4. TP-Link Open Day Activities (28 Nov Only)
4.1 Lucky Spin Giveaway
- Customers who purchase any CCTV product on the event day are eligible for one spin of the prize wheel.
- Prizes are randomly allocated and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- In case of dispute, the organiser reserves the right of final decision.
4.2 App Reward
- Visitors must download and log into the TP-Link Omada App or VIGI App on the event day to receive official TP-Link gifts.
- Gifts are limited and available while stocks last.
- One redemption per person only.
4.3 Snap & Sip – Free Coffee
- Visitors who take a photo at the event photo booth with TP-Link products or displays and present it to staff are eligible for one free barista-made coffee.
- Coffee availability is limited.
5. General Conditions
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless specified.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious participation may result in disqualification.
- Gifts and prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
